Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your order from Minidor, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items. Please read our policy below carefully.

1. Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

As an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.

To start a return, please contact us at info@minidor.nl within 14 days of delivery. Once confirmed, you have another 14 days to return the item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
Tags (if any) must still be attached.
The return must include your order number or a copy of your receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items or final clearance products
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item arrives safely.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as returns + new orders.
